| Approximately 1100 feet of 1000MCM copper cable. The cable has been cut into 6 to 8 foot lengths. The following information is stamped on the cable: Phelps Dodge Cable and Wire 1978; XLP-1000 MCM CU 15KV - .175 Approximate Total weight of all cable is 3,600 lbs. The cable pieces are currently stored in two metal containers which will NOT be a part of the sale. The metal containers are the property of AEP and AEP will retain posession. Quantity: 1 Lot sold on price per pound basis. (Actual weight will not be known until the cable is loaded and weighed.) The Buyer's transport vehicle must be weighed at a local scale prior to picking up the cable and weighed again (at the same scale) when the vehicle is loaded. An AEP site representative will accompany the driver. Weigh tickets will be required. The difference between the loaded and empty weights will be multiplied by the accepted unit price and the buyer will be invoiced for the total value determined from the net scale weight of cable received. However, the Buyer will be required to pay a deposit prior to arranging for site pick up of the cable. The deposit will be equal to 3600 (approximate pounds of cable) x Buyer’s Bid per pound price. The total sale price will be trued up after the weigh tickets are received. The cable is located in Sandy Level, Virginia and is sold "as is, where is". CLARIFICATION: Due to discrepancies in quantity and weight information the original Auction was stopped.
