Description: Wood construction break-room shelters. Buildings are approximately 12 foot by 24 foot, insulated, wired for lighting and HVAC, 200 amp service, two doors, and some with windows. HVAC units not included. The buildings were not constructed with grade beams and the floor has dropped in some of the buildings when they were moved. ~ Inspections must be scheduled in advance.
