Schedule:  Removal to start after 06/20/2015 and all materials removed from the site within 45 calendar days of the actual start date.  (Actual start day and work schedule is to be coordinated with the site representative).

Pricing:  Sealed bid shall be entered on the Asset Recovery website.  The amount bid shall be the bidder's firm lump sum bid for the Goodyear Conveyor Belts 9178 ft  ~ LOT.  The LOT includes all of the conveyor belts listed in the  Tanners Creek Conveyor Belt List.  The firm lump sum bid shall be total offer for the lot including all costs associated with providing all of the labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required for safe removal of the each one of the conveyor belts and transporting from the plant site.   The bidders submitting the best bids will be contacted for additional information on the details of the removal and qualifications to perform the Work.

Condition: Used.

Description: Conveyor belts are being sold on the conveyor and the Buyer will be responsible for removing the belts.  The attached document (Tanners Creek Conveyor Belt List) lists the details for each belt (manufacturer, model, properties, dimensions, and installation date).   The Buyer is responsible removing all of the belts listed, providing all of the labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required for safe removal of the each one of the conveyor belts.  The tensioning, counterweights, and any securing equipment shall be left in the zero energy position.   Any debris, removal materials, associated with performing the work shall be removed from the site at the Buyer's expense.  All work shall be performed in safe manner adhering to the sites safety requirements.   All lengths are estimated and dimensions are approximate.   Buyer will be required to sign a bill of sale and ownership transfer of the Goods and any work on the site shall be performed in accordance with the Asset Recovery Bill of Sale Terms and Conditions.  To schedule an inspection please contact James Bockstiegel  at 812-532-3170.

~ All Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS.  No warranty given or implied.
~  Inspections are on the potential buyers time and expense and must be scheduled in advance.
~ Test operation of the item will not be permitted.
~ Buyer will be required to sign a Bill of Sale and pay any applicable taxes.
~ After payment clears,  the buyer can arrange for pick up.
~ AEP branding decals will be removed prior to the sale.
