Ten (10) pulverizer roll wheel tires of high chrome alloy:

Five (5) Vam 20;
Two (2) ELV1/Elverite;
Three (3) Columbia.
Estimated weight of each wheel is 5,500 pounds.

Unknown quantity of grinding ring segments, rotating throats, ledge covers and a few tube clamps comprised of high chrome alloy. The total estimated weight of these items is 150,000 pounds +/-.

Quantity:  1 Lot sold on price per pound basis.  (Actual weight will not be known
until the pulverizer parts are loaded and weighed.) AEP will help load Buyers trucks.

The Buyer's transport vehicle must be weighed upon entering the plant (prior to picking up
the puliver parts) and weighed again when exiting the plant (when the vehicle is loaded).
Weigh tickets will be generated and used to determine the final sale price.

The difference between the loaded and empty weights will be multiplied by the accepted
unit price and the buyer will be invoiced for the total value determined from the net scale
weight of puliver parts received.  However, the Buyer will be required to pay a deposit
prior to arranging for site pick up of the pulverizer parts.  The deposit will be equal
to 205,000 (approximate total pounds of pulverizer parts) x Buyer’s Bid per pound price.
The total sale price will be trued up after the weigh tickets have been generated.

The pulverizer parts are located in Rockport, Indiana and are sold 'as is, where is'.
