- Windings are believed to be copper
- The transformer was recently taken out of services. Gas bubbles were found in the oil tests. October 25, 2007 test report is in the attachment.
- Transformer Oil test taken 10/21/2008 indicate PCB <1

~ The transformer lid is bolted.
~ All individuals working on AEP premises must have the OSHA 10 hr. safety course and supervisors will need the 40 hr. course.
~ The oil is still in the transformer and is included at "NO-CHARGE" for use or disposal by the buyer.
~The windings are "DEFINITELY" copper.
~It is acceptable to completely dismantle the transformer on site. All materials related to this are the responsibility of the buyer. It is expected that it will be completed in a timely manner. The buyer should be aware this includes all oils and debris associated with this unit . Oils must be properly contained and disposed of off the site. Site safety requirements must be complied with and insurance requirements stated in the Terms and Conditions.
