Wheels on bottom of box are functional. This box has a door that pulls down from top to bottom and encloses the entire box however this door is currently stuck open. The box has had weld repair attempted at the box door opening upper corners. There is no key to this box so the lock is not functional. This box is used with several years of Power Plant wear and tear as well as a large amount of dust, dirt and grease.
