10X20 Portable Building on Skids (SOLD)

The building and has been used as a guard shack. Dimensions are approx. 10' Wide X 20' Long. The building was last used about 2 years ago.

The HVAC system as well as the building's contents are included with this sale. The radios pictured on the guard's desk are NOT included with the sale.

The building has a 200 amp disconnect on the outside and also a 200 amp breaker box on the inside

The site will have the electric wires disconnect from the weatherhead to make the building ready for pickup. The site will NOT be able to assit with loading.

The buyer will be responsible from providing everything necessary to safely remove the building from the site.

Inspections of auction items may not be available at this time, since AEP facilities are currently not open to visitors. Please note that if you are the winning bidder of an auction, pickup may be delayed. We will work with you to arrange a time when you can pick your item(s) up once these restrictions are no longer in place.
